Shipping policy

1. Order Processing & Delivery Time
Once you place your order, it will be processed within a few working days. As a general guide, orders are usually prepared within 1 to 2 working days, then delivered within 7 to 10 days, depending on your location and selected shipping option.

You’ll be able to track your order every step of the way, from order confirmation to delivery, so you know exactly when your order is on its way.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Simply enter your delivery details and all available shipping options, along with their costs, will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Only countries we currently ship to will appear at checkout.

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available). Tracking allows you to follow your parcel from dispatch to delivery.

4. International Orders & Customs
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or VAT may be charged by local authorities upon delivery. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an order.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are unable to take responsibility for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed collection, only the cost of the journal will be refunded, excluding shipping fees.
