Refund policy
1. Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your journal, provided that:
- The journal is unused
- It remains in its original condition
- It is suitable for resale
To process a return request, customers are required to provide a short video clearly showing the products are in its original, unused condition. This helps us verify the product’s condition before approving the return.
2. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a tracked or signed delivery service, as refunds can only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
3. Refunds
Once your return has been approved and the item has been received in acceptable condition, we will process your refund for the cost of the journal.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds will not be issued for items that show signs of use or damage
4. Non-Returnable Items
Digital products, downloadable content, and gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.
