Emotions Explorer is recommended for children aged 6 to 12 years. It is designed to be a shared experience where children can explore emotions through simple prompts visual tools and open ended activities.
For younger children parents or caregivers can guide the conversation write together or enjoy drawing and colouring side by side. As children grow the journal naturally becomes something they can use more independently and at their own pace.
The pages are intentionally flexible allowing every child and every family to make the journal their own.

Emotions Explorer is designed to be completed over 6 weeks. The pages are undated so children can move at their own rhythm whether that means journaling every day or taking breaks along the way. This helps build a positive journaling habit without pressure or expectations.

Postage and packaging fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your journal, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and suitable for resale. To process a return request, customers are required to provide a short video showing the journal in its original, unused condition. This helps us verify the condition of the product before approving the return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked or signed delivery service, as refunds can only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to take responsibility for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed collection, only the cost of the journal will be refunded, excluding shipping fees.

As a guide, orders are usually prepared within 1 to 2 days, then delivered within 7 to 10 days, depending on your location and shipping option.
